Return Policy

Defective Mattresses:
All of mattresses are inspected before they leave our premises to make sure you receive a mattress in perfect condition. However in the rare event that it is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it at no charge. You MUST notify us with 14 days days from receipt of the mattress for us to process your request. Please visit the contact page to initiate a return.

Opened Items:
Unfortunately due to the hygienic nature of sleep products, any mattresses that have been opened can not be returned.

New and Unopened:
The packaging must remain fully in-tact and undamaged for us to accept a return. You MUST notify us with 14 days days from receipt of the mattress for us to process your request. Please visit the contact page to initiate a return.
